Enrollment & access Access to Evenstar Academy is granted upon enrollment for a fixed term (10 sessions / 36 days from your start date). Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

Sessions & scheduling Live sessions must be booked in advance via the scheduling tool. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not refundable. No-shows without prior notice are counted as completed sessions.

Content & materials All lesson materials, exercises, and feedback provided on this platform are the intellectual property of Evenstar Academy. You may use them for your personal study only. Reproducing or distributing materials without permission is prohibited.

Student responsibilities You are expected to complete assigned exercises between sessions and engage respectfully during live lessons. The quality of your progress depends significantly on consistent practice outside of session time.

Refund policy Refund requests submitted before your second session will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After the second session, enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Changes to terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
