What we collect When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide (occupation, English level). During lessons, we store your exercise responses, mentor feedback, session progress, and usage statistics.
How we use it Your data is used exclusively to deliver and improve your learning experience. Your mentor accesses your submissions to provide written feedback. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Data storage All data is stored on our WordPress platform hosted on secure servers. Submission records, progress logs, and mentor notes are stored as WordPress user metadata and are accessible only to you and your assigned mentor.
Your rights You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by contacting us directly. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Enrollment & access Access to Evenstar Academy is granted upon enrollment for a fixed term (10 sessions / 36 days from your start date). Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
Sessions & scheduling Live sessions must be booked in advance via the scheduling tool. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not refundable. No-shows without prior notice are counted as completed sessions.
Content & materials All lesson materials, exercises, and feedback provided on this platform are the intellectual property of Evenstar Academy. You may use them for your personal study only. Reproducing or distributing materials without permission is prohibited.
Student responsibilities You are expected to complete assigned exercises between sessions and engage respectfully during live lessons. The quality of your progress depends significantly on consistent practice outside of session time.
Refund policy Refund requests submitted before your second session will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After the second session, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Changes to terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
